Located in the heart of Kallangur, Norths is a leading hospitality venue with a proud reputation for excellence in gaming, dining, and entertainment. We're more than just a Club – we're a community hub, and our team is the heartbeat of everything we do.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering friendly, efficient and professional service to our valued members and guests
- Assisting patrons in the gaming lounge with machine operations and general enquiries
- Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming gaming setting
- Handling payouts, float balancing, and cashiering duties with accuracy
- Ensuring compliance with RSA and RSG regulations at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude with a genuine passion for customer service
- Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
- Previous gaming or hospitality experience (desirable but not essential)
- Current RSA & RSG certificates, Current Police Check (mandatory)
