About Us:

At Miss Cocoa’s Coffee Roastery Drive-Thru, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality coffee and delightful customer experiences. Our drive-thru cafe is buzzing with energy, serving our community from the early hours of the morning until the afternoon. Based in Urraween, Hervey Bay, we are in a central spot for our wonderful loyal and recent customers to visit us.

Position: Café All-Rounder - 6 Casual roles available

- Hours: 20+ hours per week, casual basis

- Operation Hours:

- Monday to Friday: 4:30 am - 4:30 pm

- Saturday: 4:30 am - 2 pm

- Sunday: 4:30am - 2 pm

About You:

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has hospitality experience, including kitchen, front of house, and barista duties

- Is flexible, adaptable, and friendly

- Possesses excellent self-leadership and customer service skills

- Can take on feedback to learn the job and deliver to the standard our customers expect

- Loves working as part of a team and excels in communication





- Able to work rostered shifts across our operating hours, including public holidays and weekends

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve delicious food and beverages

- Operate the point of sale and handle customer transactions

- Maintain a clean and welcoming café environment

- Assist with kitchen duties, including food prep and dishwashing

- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve any issues professionally

- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations

- Follow food standards and health and safety guidelines meticulously
