About the role

The Warehouse Material Coordinator is responsible for the efficient coordination, storage, movement, and control of raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods across multiple sites. You will work closely with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure materials are accurately received, checked, stored, and supplied to production in accordance with GMP requirements. This is a hands-on role requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to warehouse management.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of production materials
- Prepare and issue materials to manufacturing and packing departments
- Perform material verification, stock checks, and inventory transactions
- Ensure all materials are labelled, stored, and managed in accordance with GMP requirements
- Maintain warehouse organisation, cleanliness, and stock location accuracy
- Transport materials between multiple BJP sites as required
- Load and unload deliveries safely using forklifts and material handling equipment




- Work closely with Production Planning to ensure material availability
- Complete warehouse documentation and inventory records accurately
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies

About you

- Previous experience in a Warehouse Coordinator, Storeperson, or Material Handler role
- Experience supporting manufacturing or GMP-regulated environments is highly desirable
- Current and valid Forklift Licence (LF) is essential
- Solid inventory management and stock control experience
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise work across multiple sites and departments
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Valid Australian work rights
