We're continuing to grow our litigation practice and are looking for an experienced Litigation Lawyer with a strong background in Employment Law to join our team.

The Role

You'll work across a diverse range of Litigation and Employment law matters, managing your own files while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.

Your work may include:

- Managing a diverse range of General Litigation and Employment Law disputes, including civil, commercial and workplace-related matters.
- Employment Law advice, including workplace contracts, policies, employee entitlements and employer obligations
- Unfair dismissal, general protections and other employment-related claims
- Workplace disputes, performance management, disciplinary matters and terminations
- Debt recovery, insolvency and other commercial litigation matters
- Drafting pleadings, legal advice, correspondence and court documents
- Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, conciliations and court or tribunal proceedings
- Developing practical strategies to resolve disputes and achieve commercially sensible outcomes

About You

We're looking for a Litigation Lawyer with 3–5+ years PQE and demonstrated experience across General Litigation and Employment Law matters.





You'll thrive in this role if you have:

- Solid experience in Commercial Litigation and Employment law
- Robust drafting, negotiation, advocacy and dispute resolution skills
- Sound commercial judgement and the ability to provide clear, practical legal advice
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
- Confidence managing complex and sensitive matters, competing priorities and your own caseload
- A team-oriented attitude and the ability to work both independently and within a team
- A genuine interest in professional development, networking and building your professional profile
