The role
Run Studiosity's global digital funnel day to day: paid channels, website conversion, lead attribution in Salesforce, and discoverability in search and generative engines. You are accountable for what it produces: attributable pipeline and revenue from digital, reportable by region. Strategy and budget sit with the Global Director; the plan for getting there is yours to propose and deliver.
Studiosity.com is AWS-hosted with Claude as the interface, and site copy is managed at scale under a set of principles. The first month's go-to two builds: the attribution machine (Salesforce standards, tracing, the enquiry flow) and GEO, so that models retrieve and cite Studiosity on learning assurance. After that, the pipeline numbers tell the story.
You report to the Global Director of Brand, Marketing, Student Experience and ESG, and work day to day with regional marketing managers in the UK/EU, North America, APAC and the Middle East.
About Studiosity
Generative AI has forced every university to ask: if AI can do the work, how do we know students are in control of their own learning? Studiosity has worked on that question since 2003. We build learner-first study support, used by students at universities and colleges across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Europe, North America and the Middle East, on one principle: help the student think, and keep the learning real. That puts us at the centre of learning assurance at the moment the sector most needs it. This role is a chance to be part of that.
What you will drive
Attribution integrity and lead data hygiene
- Every inbound executive and educator enquiry traceable from first touch to a Salesforce opportunity
- A working enquiry flow on studiosity.com for senior institutional buyers and educators, from first interaction to a created opportunity
- Global naming conventions and data standards for lead source, applied by every team
- Event templates and tracing for regional teams, so each region can see its own cost per opportunity
- Handing the educator audience to the user engagement team
- Day-to-day management of the marketing systems stack: renewals, maintenance, user support, optimisation
- Measured on:
conversation-to-opportunity rate; volume of qualified executive and educator enquiries; share of inbound enquiries with a valid marketing lead source in Salesforce; cost per opportunity reportable by region without manual reconciliation
Paid channel management and acquisition
- Direct ownership of global paid channels: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting
- Strategy, campaign build, bid optimisation, and allocation of channel budget across regions
- Measured on: qualified leads and opportunities from paid, by region; customer acquisition cost against customer lifetime value; spend to budget
GEO and on-site conversion rate optimisation
- A structured, continuous testing programme (A/B and multivariate) across messaging, form fields and page layout, with each test sized, run to completion and reported against baseline
- Studiosity present and accurately represented in the buyer's consideration set in both search and generative engines
- Structured data, site architecture and copy principles maintained so that models retrieve and cite Studiosity on the learning assurance category
- Every external claim on the site grounded in the Studiosity Fact Register
- Measured on: valid tests run per quarter, win rate, and cumulative lift against baseline; citation and inclusion rate for target buyer queries by region, via SEMrush plus a monthly panel of buyer-shaped queries run across major models; category vocabulary share; zero ungrounded pricing, efficacy or competitor claims live on site
What success looks like
The headline outcome is cost per qualified chance from digital, attributable by region. Alongside the measures above, you report on three pipeline numbers each quarter and year:
- Marketing-sourced pipeline ($): qualified Salesforce opportunities generated from digital channels
- Closed-won revenue ($): revenue closed from digitally originated and digitally influenced opportunities
- Customer acquisition cost per win: performance marketing spend divided by closed-won deals, by region
At the end of 12 months,
a regional lead should be able to open Salesforce and see, without manual reconciliation, what each digital dollar in their region turned into.
About you
You have run a B2B digital funnel with two audiences in it: senior buyers on a long, considered sale, and the people who use the product every day and shape the decision. Here that means institutional leaders and educators. Education, SaaS or professional services backgrounds all fit. You work from your own read of the data rather than waiting for a brief. You propose with evidence, and you work to the decision whichever way it goes.
- 5+ years in performance or digital marketing, with hands-on ownership of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads budgets across more than one market
- Experience with Salesforce lead and campaign attribution; you have set naming and data standards and got other teams to follow them
- Experience administering a marketing systems stack around Salesforce, including renewals, integrations and user support
- A working conversion rate optimisation practice: you can design a valid test, size it, run it and report the lift honestly
- Current on SEO and GEO: structured data, how LLMs retrieve and cite sources, and tools such as SEMrush
- Comfortable being measured on pipeline dollars and cost per opportunity
- Fluent working with AI models day to day: writing prompts and principles, querying models to test what they say about a category, and running production through AI-assisted pipelines rather than by hand
- Exact with claims: you check a number before you publish it
- Able to work across time zones with regional colleagues in the UK, North America, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East
- Full Australian working rights
