The Opportunity As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of key customers, ensuring service excellence while identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships and grow existing accounts.

Working closely with internal operations and management teams, you will act as the main point of contact for your clients, ensuring their freight requirements are understood, communicated and delivered efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of key accounts.
- Build robust, long-term partnerships with customers across a range of industries.
- Understand customer requirements and deliver tailored air, sea and logistics solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase revenue.
- Conduct regular customer meetings, business reviews and service performance discussions.
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure service delivery meets customer expectations.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, resolve issues and manage escalations professionally.
- Prepare quotations, review pricing and support commercial negotiations.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes,



service levels and overall account performance.
- Maintain accurate customer records, account plans and sales activity.

About You You are a relationship-driven professional with a background in freight forwarding or international logistics. You understand the importance of customer retention, communication and commercial performance, and you thrive on building trusted partnerships.
Ideally, you will bring:

- Previous experience in key account management, account management or customer relationship management within freight forwarding or logistics.
- A sound understanding of international freight, including air and sea freight services.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple customer priorities.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to customer service.
- The confidence to work autonomously while collaborating with internal teams.
