We are seeking an experienced Boilermaker to join our Toowoomba Workshop team. You'll have the opportunity to work on materials for custom builds, maintenance of earth moving equipment, transport equipment, concrete batch plants, quarry plant and equipment, and more.
About the Role
- Full-time hourly rate starting at $38.70 p/hr (dependent on experience) + Super + Allowances + OT
- Casual role attracts 25% penalty
- Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday
- Manufacture materials for custom build - including interpreting plans, fabrication, welding and flame cutting
- Complete specialised welding and advanced fabrication tasks
- Opportunity to mentor other trades people including apprentices
- Follow and comply with all Safety and onsite procedures
- Training & development provided across multiple skill areas
About you
- Trade Qualification as Boilermaker or similar is essential
- Current Class C Driver Licence (HR or above is helpful)
- Demonstrated industry knowledge and experience
- Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices
- Must be able to pass all satisfactory pre-employment checks - includes Medical + Drug & Alcohol + Police Check
