We are seeking a Graphic Designer (Digital & Print) to join our team on a Fixed Term contract through to 30 June 2027. This is a Part-Time (0.6 FTE) position, with flexibility in how hours are worked, either across three days per week or spread over the course of the week.

Better Medical supports flexibility with our support teams are spread across Brisbane, Melbourne, and Adelaide, we're pleased to offer this role as a remote opportunity from anywhere in Australia. From time to time, travel to Brisbane, Adelaide, or Melbourne may be needed for training and team connection events.

You will responsible for designing, producing and adapting high-quality creative materials across Better Medical's national network of 60+ GP clinics nationally and the brand. Our business model allows clinics to retain their own local identity while being part of a broader corporate structure.

About the role:

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer you will have an autonomous and diverse role with the following responsibilities:

- Primarily a hands-on graphic design role, with a strong focus on delivering professional, engaging and brand-consistent artwork for digital, print and internal communication channels.

- Support national marketing campaigns, local clinic marketing activities, GP recruitment, and corporate communications by developing creative assets, including advertising materials, signage, social media graphics, promotional collateral, and branded templates.

- Contribute to visual storytelling by creating short-form videos, simple animations, and engaging content that showcases Better Medical's people, clinics, and opportunities.





The successful candidate will be a creative, organised and detail-oriented designer who can efficiently manage multiple briefs, adapt existing artwork and deliver high-quality work within agreed timeframes.

About you

We are seeking an experienced graphic designer who enjoys diverse responsibilities across the full spectrum of graphic design.

You will:

- Have proven skills and extensive experience in a similar role

- Be technically proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

- Have tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a similar field

- Have experience creating and editing video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar software is desirable

- Have exceptional communication skills - written and verbal

- Exceptional planning and organisation skills

- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines

- Ideally have experience in a health related field - but we're open to other sectors so apply regardless if you meet our other criteria!
