Established in 2009, National Mobile Camps (NMC) is an Australian-owned business based in Toowoomba, Queensland, with additional operations in Condamine. We provide mobile camp accommodation, camp management and support services across Australia.

About the Role

NMC is seeking expressions of interest from proactive and experienced HSE Advisors to support our field operations from our Condamine facility.

The HSE Advisor will actively implement NMC's safety management systems, procedures and processes, while supporting operational teams to do the same. The role will actively develop and maintain effective working relationships with the NMC team, client management and subcontractors, and play a key role in promoting a positive safety culture across the business.

This role is based in Condamine and operates on a Monday to Friday DIDO roster from Condamine or Chinchilla, with regular travel to operational sites as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct incident investigations and reporting in line with NMC procedures and standards.

- Utilise operational equipment knowledge to support effective incident investigations and root cause analysis.

- Review operational risks and identify opportunities to improve safety performance and management systems.

- Lead site audits and inspections in collaboration with operational leaders.





- Conduct compliance audits of subcontractors and support the close-out of audit findings.

- Work with Camp Managers / Management to identify and address training and compliance gaps.

- Proactively support environmental initiatives and continuous improvement programs.

About You:

- Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety or higher

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)

- Current Driver’s licence.

- Experience in a similar HSE role, ideally within resources, energy, construction, or remote site operational environments

- Demonstrated experience conducting audits, inspections and compliance activities.

- Experience completing incident investigations, including ICAM investigations.

- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and reporting skills.

- A proactive approach to safety leadership and continuous improvement.
