We’re looking for a solid Heavy Diesel Fitter to join our crew at Foxleigh!

If you’re a hands-on fitter who enjoys getting stuck into the job, knows your way around heavy gear, and takes pride in doing things properly, we want to hear from you.

We need someone who can get in there, find faults, fix problems, and keep things moving when the pressure’s on. You’ll need a good eye for detail, a practical mindset, and the experience to get the job done safely and efficiently.

We’ve got an opportunity for an experienced Heavy Diesel Fitter to work across the site, keeping our equipment maintained and our operation running smoothly.

- CAT 16M & 18M Graders

- CAT 779 Service Carts

- CAT 777 & 785 Water Carts

You’ll be trusted to:

- Handle breakdown diagnostics and fault finding

- Carry out pit maintenance and field repairs

- Execute planned maintenance and shutdown work

- Identify issues before they become downtime

- Work independently and make clean decisions under pressure

- Keep machines running, not parked up

What You’ll Bring:

- Australian recognised trade certificate

- Australian driver’s licence

- Strong diagnostics and pit maintenance experience

- Coal mine experience preferred

- Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical (or willingness to obtain)

- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and national police clearance
