Riverwood | Full Time, Monday–Friday | $80,000–$90,000 + Super + Incentive Program

Mister Minit is looking for an emerging warehouse leader ready to take greater ownership of a warehouse operation and team.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working alongside their team while also providing direction, solving problems and improving how the warehouse operates.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Leading a team of approximately 10 team members, you will:

- Drive improvements in service, efficiency and performance across the warehouse.

- Lead and organise the day-to-day warehouse operation and team.

- Ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.

- Maintain strong stock control, inventory accuracy and warehouse standards.

- Identify and resolve people, process and operational issues using a proactive, practical approach.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for an emerging, hands-on warehouse leader who is ready to take the next step in their career.

You will ideally have:

- Experience leading people in a warehouse, distribution or high-volume stock environment, such as a Team Leader, Supervisor or Assistant Warehouse Manager.

- Solid organisational skills and a proactive,



practical approach to identifying and solving problems.

- Confidence working with ERP or inventory management systems.

- A strong customer-service mindset and the communication skills to work effectively across the business.

- A willingness to work alongside the team while providing clear direction, accountability and support.

Experience with Pronto and a forklift licence would be advantageous but are not essential.
