We're partnering with a well-established regional accounting firm that's looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join its close-knit team.

This is an opportunity for an experienced public practice Accountant who enjoys building strong client relationships, taking ownership of their work and playing a key role in the future of a growing practice.

With an established client base across agriculture, small to medium-sized businesses and individuals, the role offers a diverse workload and the chance to work closely with the partners. With one of the existing partners looking to gradually reduce their involvement over the coming years, there is also a genuine opportunity for the successful candidate to work towards a future ownership position.

About You:

- CA/CPA qualified or very close to completion
- Strong experience across business services, tax and compliance
- Experience managing a varied client portfolio
- Strong knowledge of Australian tax legislation
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills




- A positive attitude and genuine interest in building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues
