We are currently seeking exceptional qualified Educators to join our team!

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have:

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or be actively studying towards a Diploma. (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

- Experience working in a genuine play based early childhood environment.

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.

- A current Working with Children Check.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

- A positive, enthusiastic, and professional approach.

- A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard.

- Leadership skills and the ability to mentor and support fellow educators.

You are passionate about the value of play and thrive in environments where children's ideas, interests, and curiosities lead the learning journey. As a qualified Educator,



you will guide a child-led curriculum that inspires exploration, creativity, meaningful connections, and a genuine love of learning.

You have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and are committed to creating an environment where learning is visible, children feel a strong sense of belonging, and the environment acts as the genuine "third teacher." You recognise the importance of providing opportunities for children to investigate, question, create, and grow through purposeful play experiences.

We are seeking collaborative and reflective educators who value innovation, continuous improvement and skilled growth. You will contribute to an inspiring learning community where educators work together to create engaging environments and meaningful learning opportunities for every child.
