About the Role

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be part of a busy and successful workshop delivering quality servicing, maintenance and repairs.

Key responsibilities include:

- General servicing and maintenance of vehicles

- Diagnosing and repairing vehicle faults

- Completing repairs in line with manufacturer and dealership requirements

- Planning and managing jobs efficiently

- Identifying and recommending additional work where required

- Liaising with the Parts Department for required components

- Maintaining a clean and safe workshop environment

- Delivering high-quality workmanship within required timeframes

- Providing exceptional outcomes for our customers

For First Year Apprentices:

- Learn alongside experienced Toyota Technicians





- Complete a nationally recognised Automotive Apprenticeship

- Receive ongoing mentoring, training and support

- Develop diagnostic, servicing and repair skills across a wide range of vehicles

For Qualified Technicians:

- Apply your technical expertise within a modern workshop

- Perform diagnostics, repairs and servicing to manufacturer standards

- Continue developing your skills through Toyota factory training and upskilling opportunities

About You

For Apprentices, we're looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, motivated and genuinely interested in building a career in the automotive industry.

For Qualified Technicians, we're looking for experienced professionals who take pride in their workmanship and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.

To be successful, you will have:

- Valid Australian work rights

- Current Australian Driver Licence (manual preferred)

- Solid attention to detail

- Excellent reliability and work ethic

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

In addition, Qualified Technicians will have:

- Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent)

- Previous dealership or automotive workshop experience





- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

- Ability to work independently and efficiently
