About the Role

GP Discount Pharmacy is seeking a reliable and patient-focused pharmacist to join our independent community pharmacy team in High Wycombe.

This is a permanent part time position suited to a pharmacist who enjoys dispensing, patient counselling and working as part of a supportive team.

The primary focus is on safe, accurate dispensing and efficient dispensary operations, with opportunities to assist with clinical services such as vaccinations and MedsChecks.

Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, accurate and efficient dispensing services.
Counsel patients on their medications and respond to medication-related enquiries.
Support the day-to-day running of the dispensary and maintain an organised workflow.
Assist with vaccinations, MedsChecks and other clinical pharmacy services as required.
Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to deliver quality patient care.

What We Offer
$50–$58 per hour for weekday shifts, depending on experience and expertise.
Higher hourly rates for weekend shifts, negotiable based on experience and the agreed roster.
Permanent part-time employment with regular, predictable hours.

Hours and Availability
Approximately 22 hours per week, with the final roster negotiable.
Weekday shifts on Mondays and Fridays.
Sunday availability preferred; Saturday availability will also be considered.

About You
Current registration as a pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
Strong dispensing accuracy and attention to detail.
Valuable communication and patient counselling skills.
A reliable, professional and patient-centred approach.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Willingness to assist with vaccinations and MedsChecks where required.
