Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Forklift Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. The Forklift Driver will work in a fast-paced workplace and must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
Operate high reach and counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
Load and unload trucks and manage palletised freight
Perform put-away and retrieval tasks within the warehouse
Inspect and maintain the forklift to ensure it is in good working condition
Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient operations
Perform other duties as assigned
Follow all WHS policies and site procedures

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid forklift operator certification




Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Solid attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and physically capable
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Freight or 3PL experience is a bonus
