Experienced Waterproofing & Tiling Subcontractors – Melbourne

MCW is seeking experienced, reliable sole traders and small subcontracting teams for ongoing commercial, strata and remedial building projects throughout Melbourne.

We specialise in building maintenance, remedial waterproofing and concrete repairs, and are looking to establish long-term working relationships with skilled subcontractors who take pride in their workmanship and offer competitive rates.

Typical works include:
Balcony and terrace waterproofing
Liquid membrane applications
Screeding and surface preparation
Tile removal and replacement
External waterproofing repairs
General remedial building works

We're looking for contractors who:
Have proven experience in their trade
Operate independently or as a small team
Have an ABN, appropriate insurance, tools and transport
Can provide photos or references from previous work
Are reliable,



communicate well and maintain high workmanship standards
Can provide competitive labour rates or fixed-price quotations

We offer prospects for repeat work, clearly defined scopes and straightforward communication.
