Ribs & Rumps Williamstown is preparing to open its doors, and we're looking for a skilled, reliable and passionate Cook to join our kitchen team.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen, take pride in food quality and want to be part of a new restaurant opening, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items to the required standards.
Maintain consistency in food quality, taste and presentation.
Assist with steak, ribs, sides, sauces and other menu preparations.
Follow recipes, portion sizes and cooking procedures.
Maintain food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
Assist with stock rotation, food preparation and minimising wastage.
Work closely with the head chef and kitchen team during busy services.

About You
Previous experience as a cook in a restaurant or commercial kitchen.
Steakhouse,



grill or high-volume restaurant experience is highly regarded.
Positive understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Reliable, organised and a strong team player.
Adaptable availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
