About the role

We are looking for a warm, reliable, and people-focused Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with others, is an excellent multitasker, and enjoys being part of a close knit team. You will often be the first point of contact for our practice members, helping create a calm, friendly, and supportive experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Key responsibilities
Welcoming and checking in practice members with care and warmth
Supporting the flow of appointments throughout the day
Handling payments and booking appointments
Assisting with scanning technology and patient check-ins
Helping keep the clinic organised and running smoothly
Supporting simple admin tasks and light social media content
Building genuine connections with the people we care for
