About the Role:

An exciting chance is available for an experienced Software Engineer to work across enterprise integration platforms, with a strong focus on IBM DataPower and IBM API Connect (APIC).
The role involves designing, implementing and supporting integration solutions, providing technical guidance, resolving complex technical issues and ensuring high-quality delivery across development and production environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure and support IBM DataPower and API Connect solutions.
Analyse existing systems and business requirements to develop effective integration solutions.
Provide technical leadership across software development and integration projects.
Support solution design, development, testing, deployment and production activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and integration issues.
Optimise platform performance, reliability and operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, designs and implementation reports.
Apply industry standards,



best practices and established development methodologies.
Identify and manage technical risks throughout project delivery.
Support platform maintenance, upgrades, patches and ongoing improvements.

Essential Skills & Experience
3–5 years of hands-on experience with IBM DataPower and API Connect (APIC).
3–5 years of experience delivering software/integration projects within defined quality standards.
Strong knowledge of enterprise integration technologies.
Experience designing, configuring and supporting DataPower and APIC settings.
Knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and integration patterns.
Experience preparing clear and comprehensive technical and solution design documentation.
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver within tight deadlines.
Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring and knowledge transfer.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
