About the role

The successful applicant will be involved in the manufacture, assembly, and repair of industrial heat exchangers and associated equipment.

Key responsibilities
Fitting, turning, and fabrication work
Production, assembly, and testing of heat exchangers
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
General workshop duties as required
Tube rolling and tube expansion of heat exchangers (highly regarded)

About you
Friendly, cooperative attitude and ability to work within a team
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently when required
Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks
Good mechanical aptitude
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Legal right to work in Australia
Preferred: Trade qualification as a Fitter, Turner, Fabricator, or similar
Preferred: TIG and MIG welding experience
Preferred: Experience reading and interpreting engineering and fabrication drawings




Preferred: Understanding of P&ID; drawings
Preferred: Heat exchanger tube rolling/expanding experience
Preferred: Forklift licence
