Our client manufactures high-quality precast concrete products and is looking for a reliable, hands-on MIG Welder to join their production team, welding steel reinforcement used in precast concrete pipe manufacturing.

What's Involved?
MIG welding steel reinforcement for precast concrete pipes and products
Reading and interpreting workshop and technical drawings
Operating overhead cranes to move steel and equipment
Assisting with general workshop duties as required
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment

What You'll Bring
Previous MIG welding experience
The ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Precast concrete or manufacturing experience, highly regarded
Confidence operating overhead cranes
A reliable, practical and safety-conscious attitude




The ability to work well in a team setting
A current LF forklift licence is an advantage, but not essential

Hours of Work

Early starts with regular overtime available.
Monday to Thursday: 5:00am start, 10-hour shifts
Friday: 4:00am start, 8-hour shift where possible

Pre-Employment Requirements

Successful candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening, physical assessment, spirometry and hearing (audio) testing.

An online induction must also be completed before commencing work.
