The Woombye Pub is looking for an experienced full-time Duty Manager to join our team.

We’re seeking a hands-on hospitality professional who can lead a busy shift, support the team and deliver excellent customer service across our bars, dining and gaming operations.

About the role

Working closely with venue management, you will:
Oversee daily operations and manage shifts across a multi-bar venue.
Lead and support staff to deliver friendly, effective service.
Manage KENO, TAB and gaming operations, including gaming clearances.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain high standards of venue presentation, safety and responsible service.
Assist with opening and closing procedures and cash handling.

What you’ll bring
At least two years’ experience in a similar role.
Current RSA, RSG and RMLV qualifications.




A current Approved Manager licence, or willingness to obtain one.
Experience with KENO, TAB and gaming clearances.
Experience working in multi-bar venues.
Robust leadership, communication and customer service skills.
A flexible approach to rostering, with availability to work nights and weekends.

Desirable experience
Familiarity with SevenRooms, me&u; and Uber Eats.
Knowledge of beer reticulation systems.
