MeToU Care is a leading Home Care Service providers in NSW. We offer services from Home Care support, Support Independent Living, and Nursing Care to individuals living with a disability or in aged care. Due to organisational growth, we seek to expand our team of aged care and disability professionals.

About the role

This a full time position to be based from our Eastwood office.
Supporting clients or participant to work towards achieving their goals.
Developing robust trust based relationships with clients or participants and delivering person centered care and support.
Working effectively with the clients or participants to coordinate, implement and maximise identified care plan goals.
Delivering clear accurate and timely record keeping.
Liaise with clients/families to ensure consistent and requested services are being delivered.
Scheduling services for clients by rostering care workers dependent on their qualifications and availability.
Approving support staff shifts and managing rosters.




Communicating rosters and roster changes to relevant staff.

About you

· Be reliable, having a caring and compassionate personality

· Chinese – Mandarin Speaking is essential, with positive command of spoken and written English.

· Demonstrated relevant experience in CHSP field, minimum 1 - 2 years.

· Exceptional customer service & Time management skills with attention to detail

· Robust administrative and computer skills.

· Tertiary qualification and/or experience in relevant field.

Employment with MeToU Care is subject to satisfactory background checks which includes a National Police Check and Reference Checks and Covid-19 vaccinations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
