We are seeking an experienced Barista /All Rounder to join our team at Piccolo Me in Mulgrave. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is passionate about the food and beverage industry and enjoys working with people.

You will play a key role in our energetic team of food and beverage enthusiasts who are driven to provide excellent customer service. You’ll have the prospect to be part of a fun atmosphere where both customers and employees have a great experience that’s welcoming and engaging.

Barista/All Rounder responsibilities and duties:
Make and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages
Good communication skills
Speak and interact with both recent and regular customers
Promote Piccolo Me Loyalty program
Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment
Follow health and safety guidelines
Adhere to recipe and presentation standards for food and beverage items -- coffees with latte art
Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance.
Be available Thursday - Friday from 630am as the earliest start time




Contribute to a positive team workplace
Barista qualifications and skills, experience working busy shifts
POS and cash handling

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Right attitude – high energy levels, hardworking, reliable, honest, passionate, always welcoming and smiling to customers
Ability to work as part of a positive and close knit team
Well presented, communication skills and time management skills
Minimum of 3 years’ experience preferred
Immaculate personal presentation
Can speak English fluently and must be in Australia for at least 12 months
Experienced and comfortable working busy shifts

Job Type: Casual

Pay: From $33.05 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week
