About the role
We are seeking a Trade Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This hands-on role will support our experienced crews across a variety of projects, including civil works, concreting, paving, landscaping, and infrastructure maintenance activities. You will assist with site preparation, excavation works, material handling, and general laboring duties.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with concreting, paving, landscaping, and civil construction activities.
Support infrastructure maintenance projects as required.
Assist with excavation, trenching,



and site preparation works.
Support the setup and breakdown of work areas.
Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and general site duties.
Operate plant equipment where appropriately licenced and authorised.

What we're looking for
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently when required.
Ability to work a 10:4 roster when required.
Valid Australian working rights.
Previous experience in concreting, paving, landscaping, civil construction or a similar outdoor laboring workplace.
Current White Card.
Current Australian drivers' license (MR desirable)
