We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable and experienced female disability support workers to join our team and provide support to a participant living in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist participants with daily living activities and personal care.
Support with meal preparation, household tasks and medication management.
Encourage independence and community participation.
Provide emotional support and companionship.
Maintain accurate progress notes and incident reports.
Work collaboratively with other support workers to ensure quality care.

Requirements:
Previous experience working in SIL environments preferred.
NDIS Worker Screening Check.




Working with Children Check (if applicable).
First Aid and CPR certificates.
Valid driver's licence and reliable transport.
Good communication skills and a caring, qualified attitude.
Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and overnight shifts.
