Prospect for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a luxury residential renovation project on a 3-month contract, with the potential for an extension.

This role would suit someone who is confident running a project independently, managing trades and maintaining high standards of workmanship across a high-end residential build.

Reporting to a Project Manager based interstate, you will need to be hands-on, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of the day-to-day site operations with minimal support.

The Role
Manage the day-to-day running of a luxury residential renovation
Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site activities
Maintain high standards of quality, finishes and workmanship
Monitor progress, programme and site safety
Resolve on-site issues and keep the project moving
Provide regular updates to the Project Manager

About You




Previous experience as a Site Manager on residential construction or renovation projects
Experience delivering high-end or luxury residential projects will be highly regarded
Confident managing a site independently with minimal supervision
Solid trade coordination, programme management and problem-solving skills
Established relationships with local subcontractors and trades will be highly beneficial
Solid attention to detail, particularly around quality and finishes

Contract Details
Initial 3-month contract, with potential for extension
Monday to Friday, 5 days per week
