As a People and Culture Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the Shire’s growth by ensuring our people practices align with employee needs and Shire goals and standards. You will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Manager People and Culture creating and effective onboarding process.

Working closely with managers and employees across the Shire you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help foster a positive, inclusive and engaged workplace culture.

Your solid organisational skills, attention to detail and commitment to customer service will enable you to effectively manage competing priorities and support the delivery of key People and Culture objectives.
