About the Role:
As Sous Chef, you will play a key role in the daily operation of the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef and helping lead the team to deliver consistently high-quality dishes.
This is an opportunity for a motivated chef who enjoys being hands-on, takes pride in their craft and is ready to contribute to a positive and productive kitchen culture.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and service delivery.
Leading, training and mentoring kitchen team members.
Maintaining food quality, presentation and consistency across the menu.
Assisting with menu development, preparation and seasonal specials.
Managing food preparation, stock control, ordering and waste reduction.
Ensuring food safety, hygiene and workplace standards are consistently maintained.




Contributing to a positive team environment and smooth service during busy periods.

Your Skills and Experience:
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a robust Senior Chef de Partie ready to take the next step.
Solid culinary skills, with a passion for quality ingredients and well-executed dishes.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and support a kitchen team.
Strong understanding of food safety, stock management, food costs and kitchen procedures.
A positive, hands-on approach with excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
