We are looking for a passionate and experienced Educational Leader to join our brand-new, purpose-built centre in Oak Park.

About the Role:
Lead the educational program in line with the EYLF
Support and mentor educators to deliver high-quality practice
Drive continuous improvement and help the team grow
Work closely with the Centre Director to maintain robust standards

What We’re Looking For:
ECT qualification (or working towards)
Strong understanding of EYLF and NQF
Confident, positive, and team-focused




Someone who leads by example and enjoys supporting others
