Front of House / Reception (Part time permanent)

Fieldwork Health is a welcoming, community-focused physiotherapy clinic in Inglewood. We are looking for a friendly, organised and professional Front of House / Reception team member to join our growing clinic on a part-time basis.

This role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a healthcare environment.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and checking in patients
Managing appointments and bookings
Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
Processing payments and health fund claims
Managing emails and general administrative tasks
Supporting physiotherapists and the clinical team as needed
Maintaining a welcoming and organised reception area

Hours & Availability

This is a part time permanent position
Days: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday each week
Hours: Approximately hours per week 20 - 30 hours per week
Clinic hours:



8:00am – 6:00pm (flexibility within these times required)

About You

Essential:
Robust customer service experience
Skilled phone manner
Excellent communication skills
High level of organisation and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Reliable and punctual

Preferred:
Reception or medical administration experience
Experience using booking or practice management software
