F45 Group Fitness Trainer – Leppington

Are you energetic, professional and passionate about helping people get results? Can you confidently lead a room, bring outstanding energy and make every member feel welcome?

F45 Training Leppington is looking for a passionate Group Fitness Trainer to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who can:
Confidently coach groups of up to 36 members
Deliver high-energy, motivating and professional sessions
Arrive on time, prepared and familiar with the workout and movements before every shift
Must be able to work early mornings, evenings and weekends
Set up and pack away equipment safely and efficiently
Create a welcoming, supportive environment for all members
Build relationships with members and help them achieve their goals
Assist with social media, sales, lead generation and member retention when required




Bring a positive attitude and genuine passion for coaching

Requirements:
Certificate III in Fitness
Current First Aid & CPR
Strong communication and people skills
Group training experience preferred

We’re looking for someone reliable who takes pride in their coaching and wants to be part of a fun, positive and growing studio.
