Located in the heart of iconic The Rocks, Sydney, our vibrant venue is looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team. We are seeking a dedicated qualified who is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences to both local regulars and international visitors. Whether you are mentoring staff, coordinating seamless floor service against a historic Sydney backdrop, or stepping in to elevate the guest experience, your leadership, energy, and flair will bring our space to life.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support the front-of-house team (bartenders, waitstaff, hosts, and runners) during service.
Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain high standards of customer service.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and escalations with professionalism and grace.
Assist with staff training, rostering,



and pre-service briefings.
Monitor daily cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and floor presentation.

Requirements
Previous experience in a supervisory or senior front-of-house role within the hospitality industry.
Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
A valid NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.
Flexibility to work wide-ranging shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
