The Role:

As our Medical Receptionist, you will be the face of our practice and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
Greeting and assisting patients with a warm and friendly demeanor
Managing appointment schedules efficiently using Best Practice Software
Handling patient inquiries and providing information on services
Supporting the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
Maintaining accurate patient records and managing billing processes

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a GP setting
Proficiency in Best Practice Software
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills




A great sense of teamwork while also being able to take initiative and work independently
Reliability and a solid work ethic to thrive in a busy environment
