Eazy Peazy Richmond is looking for a passionate and energetic Bartender to join our team. We’re all about great drinks, good food, fun vibes and creating an experience that keeps guests coming back.

The Role

As a Bartender at Eazy Peazy, you’ll be responsible for delivering excellent drinks and exceptional service while helping create the lively atmosphere our venue is known for.

Key responsibilities include:
Preparing and serving cocktails, beers, wine and non-alcoholic beverages
Providing friendly, efficient and engaging customer service
Taking orders and processing payments accurately
Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar
Following responsible service of alcohol (RSA) requirements
Ensuring drinks are prepared consistently and to a high standard
Supporting the wider front-of-house team during busy service
Assisting with opening and closing duties
Maintaining robust knowledge of the drinks menu and venue offerings
Contributing to a positive,



energetic and team-focused workplace

About You

We’re looking for someone who:
Has previous bartending or hospitality experience
Has a current RSA
Is confident, personable and comfortable engaging with customers
Can work efficiently under pressure during busy services
Has a genuine passion for hospitality, cocktails and excellent service
Is reliable, punctual and well presented
Works well as part of a team
Has a positive attitude and a good sense of humour
Is available to work evenings, weekends and busy periods

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week
