Brisbane Manor Hotel is looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Casual Receptionist to join our team!

We are seeking someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Position details
Employment type: Casual
Shifts: 3 shifts per week
Shift duration: 6 hours per shift
Availability: Weekends required
Location: Brisbane Manor Hotel, Brisbane

Key responsibilities
Welcoming guests and managing check-ins and check-outs
Handling phone calls, emails and guest enquiries
Managing bookings and reservations
Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
Assisting guests with hotel information and local recommendations
Keeping the reception area tidy and qualified

About you
Friendly,



qualified and well-presented
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual and organised
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Available to work weekends
Previous hotel reception experience is an advantage but not essential
