Specialised Engineering is seeking an experienced and motivated Workshop Co-ordinator to lead our manufacturing workshop in Kalgoorlie. This is a full time leadership position for a qualified and hands-on qualified with extensive boiler making experience.
About the role
Manage the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing workshop, leading and mentoring workshop personnel while coordinating production schedules to meet customer deadlines. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality, maintain compliance with Workplace Health and Safety requirements, and monitor workshop productivity, equipment, and resources. Liaise with customers, suppliers, and management as required.

About you
Previous experience in a Leading Hand role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organisational and communication abilities
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Sound knowledge of fabrication and manufacturing processes
Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
Current Australian driver's licence
