We’re on the lookout for passionate and experienced chefs or cooks to join our vibrant team at The Mandurah Offshore Fishing and Sailing Club. You’ll be part of a close-knit kitchen team delivering high quality food to members and guests across bistro dining, private events, and club functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high-quality meals in line with club standards
Maintain food safety, portion control, and kitchen cleanliness
Contribute to stock control, prep, and waste minimisation
Be adaptable to various service styles including events and functions
Preparing ingredients as instructed by the head chef
Assisting on the line during service

Previous experience in a rapid-paced kitchen setting
A passion for quality food and presentation
Robust time management and teamwork skills
Availability for a rotating roster including weekends and evenings
