Are you passionate about customer service and have an interest in automotive parts? We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Parts Interpreter to join our team!

This is a excellent prospect for someone with parts experience or a mechanical aptitude who enjoys working with people, solving problems and being part of a supportive team.

Manufacturer experience is an advantage, but it’s not essential — we’re happy to train the right person on our systems.

What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting our Service and Pre-Delivery workshops, as well as external trade customers, with their parts and accessory requirements.
Delivering excellent customer service by handling enquiries over the phone, via email and at the counter.
Liaising with technicians and the Service team to ensure parts availability and keep workshop jobs running smoothly.
Preparing quotes for service, repair and accessory-related enquiries.
Navigating electronic parts catalogues (EPC) to identify the correct parts.
Assisting with stock receipting and put-away as required.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the Parts team.

About You





We’re looking for someone who is organised, customer-focused and keen to learn. You’ll ideally bring:
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Valuable computer and administration skills.
A mechanical aptitude or genuine interest in automotive products.
The ability to work collaboratively and support the team in meeting customer needs.
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get involved.
Previous manufacturer or Parts Interpreter experience is advantageous, but not essential.
A current forklift licence is desirable, but not essential.

Basic computer knowledge is all you need — we’ll provide training on our systems!
