We are seeking a Receptionist to join our Oil and Gas client on an initial 3-month contract with possible extension.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing reception services, including greeting and welcoming visitors, answering telephone calls, managing incoming electronic mail and dispersing mail received by post
Assist in maintaining and setting up of meeting rooms for meetings, conferences and workshops upon request.
Support and coordination for the ordering, delivery and storage of kitchen, stationery and Personal protective equipment supplies
Complying with business policies and processes, including financial, regulatory, communications, information management and human resources practices, and the Australian Public Service Values, Code of Conduct and Employment Principles.

Experience required:
Demonstrated experience in the delivery of reception services, general administrative duties and facilities support.
Demonstrated ability and experience in using Microsoft Office software packages and electronic document records management systems.
Demonstrated ability to review tasks and performance within agreed priorities,



show flexibility in working to achieve quality outcomes and to take personal responsibility for completion of work and achievement of objectives in challenging circumstances.

Desirable but not essential:
Demonstrated experience with any of the following: accounts payable, purchase order requisitions, business cases, expense claims and staff reimbursement processing, and/or booking travel utilising an online system.
