MEM Maintenance Scheduler
Roster: Monday – Friday | 40hr Week (No FIFO)

About the Role
A leading, high-growth WA mining company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MEM Maintenance Scheduler to join their corporate asset management team.

This is a Perth metro, Monday-to-Friday role responsible for building, coordinating, and optimising short-to-medium-term maintenance schedules for a large fleet of Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) operating across multiple WA mine sites.

Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Scheduling: Developing and maintaining rolling 1-to-4-week maintenance schedules for HME fleet including excavators, dump trucks, drills, and ancillary equipment.
Pronto CMMS Management: Creating, managing, and closing out Work Orders in Pronto Xi, maintaining equipment registers, BOMs, and task lists with full data integrity.
Site Liaison: Running weekly schedule alignment meetings with site-based maintenance supervisors, planners,



and superintendents across multiple operations.
Parts & Logistics Alignment: Collaborating with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams to track long-lead items and prevent schedule slippage.

Skills & Qualifications
Pronto Experience: Proven, hands-on proficiency using Pronto / Pronto Xi for maintenance scheduling and work order management (essential).
MEM / HME Background: Minimum 2–3+ years of scheduling or planning experience within Mobile Equipment Maintenance in mining, mining services, or heavy earthmoving (essential).
Workpack & Backlog Knowledge: Solid understanding of maintenance workflows, PM routines, and backlog prioritisation.
Communication Skills: Proven ability to build relationships and coordinate effectively with remote, site-based execution teams.
Location & Rights: Based in Perth metro with full Australian working rights.
