We're on the lookout for enthusiastic, hard-working staff with solid food & beverage experience to join our phenomenal hospitality team for the summer period.

The Gig:
Work with the MONA food & beverage team to deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality experiences;
Confident in operating point of sale systems;
Provide beverage service to patrons in accordance with RSA guidelines;
Physically fit to perform set up and close down procedures;
Upsell food, beverage, and guest experiences and offers;
Deliver and support our Zero Trash philosophy and practice;




Understand and respect secure work practices and procedures.

The You:
2 - 3 years experience in food and/or beverage service;
A strong focus on visitor experience and customer service;
A positive, professional, and friendly attitude;
Must hold a current, valid Responsible Service Alcohol (RSA);
Stay calm under pressure, work well in a fast-paced environment;
The ability to work effectively within a team, supporting the entire food and beverage operation;
Availability and flexibility over all five trading days (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday);
Bartending skills and cocktail experience are welcome.
