About Us
At Harbour at Home, we don’t see our roles as a job, but as a career that can bring a purpose in life through the work that we do.
We are a local family business, supporting residents of Coffs Harbour and the surrounding area for the past 30 years. We have proven ourselves to be not only one of the largest Home Care services in the region, but one of the largest employers in the local area.
We pride ourselves on our organizational values which support our staff to be the best they can be.
We are one of the only services in the area to facilitate a monthly, fully paid 2-hour staff meeting. This meeting provides an chance for connection, support, and training.
We provide access to the mandatory competencies such as CPR training and manual handling training every year at no cost to the employee.
