We are looking for a Salesforce Communication Cloud Architect with experience of Salesforce CRM experience and strong expertise in Salesforce Communication Cloud / Vlocity, preferably within the Telecom industry.

We are looking for a Salesforce Communication Cloud Architect with experience of Salesforce CRM experience and strong expertise in Salesforce Communication Cloud / Vlocity, preferably within the Telecom industry.

Key Requirements
10–12 years of Salesforce CRM implementation experience.
5+ years of Salesforce Communication Cloud implementation.
Strong Telecom industry knowledge.
At least one end-to-end Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) implementation.
Hands-on experience with CPQ, Order Management, EPC and CLM.
Strong OmniStudio experience: Cards Framework, OmniScripts and DataRaptors.
Expertise in Apex, SOQL/SQL, Visualforce, JavaScript, XML/JSON, SOAP and REST.




Experience migrating legacy CRM/systems to Salesforce/Vlocity.
Strong technical design, integration and stakeholder management skills.
