We are seeking a compassionate and reliable NDIS Rostering Officer to join our team, on a full time basis.

As part of our team, you play a critical role in the rostering function, working diligently to ensure the effective and responsive allocation of resources that meet the diverse service needs of participants, their families, Support Workers, and other Team members regarding any changes in roster or support arrangements.

Are you experienced in NDIS rostering, disability services or workforce coordination and looking for your next prospect?

Rock Support Services is seeking an organised and solutions-focused Rostering Officer to join our NDIS team. You’ll play an important role in coordinating Support Worker rosters, responding to changing participant needs and helping ensure reliable, consistent supports are delivered.

You will be a great fit if you have:
Experience preferably with NDIS or community Services
Understanding of participant needs and continuity of support
Coordinate shift coverage, including managing last-minute changes in staff availability and unplanned absences.
Monitor roster gaps and proactively source appropriate coverage to maintain service continuity




Communicate roster updates clearly and in a timely manner with service delivery teams and stakeholders
Ensure all rosters comply with the SCHADS Award, organisational policies, and procedures, with accurate record-keeping and audit trails
Current Positive Blue Card and NDIS Card - or eligible to obtain.
Current Driver’s License
Experience with rostering software systems (e.g. ShiftCare)
Robust numerical and analytical skills
Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
