The Opportunity

Lead civil or electrical construction engineering packages on a major solar development in Western Australia’s Pilbara region. Reporting to area leadership, you will coordinate engineering interfaces, construction performance and junior engineers.

Your Responsibilities
Manage earthworks, piling and access roads or HV/MV reticulation, substations and solar array scopes.
Track budgets, schedules, costs and delivery risks.
Resolve technical and constructability issues.
Prepare work scopes, estimates, methods and project documentation.
Coordinate contractors, suppliers and multidisciplinary interfaces.
Support procurement, subcontract administration and quality compliance.
Mentor engineers and site teams.

RequirementsSkills, Education And Requirements




An Engineering bachelor degree in Civil or Electrical, or equivalent, with eligibility for Engineers Australia membership.
Five to eight or more years in civil construction, electrical infrastructure, renewables or major projects.
A track record managing complex civil or electrical packages.
Robust construction methods, contracts and project controls knowledge.
Leadership, commercial judgement and project-system proficiency; Primavera P6 is desirable.
Current Australian work rights.
