Our client is seeking a number of reliable Packaging Fillers to join their team in a fast-paced food ingredient manufacturing environment based in Moorebank. We have a number of roles available across dedicated day shift and dedicated afternoon shift.These roles offer a genuine opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career, with transparent pathways into senior and leadership positions for the right candidates.

Duties
Pack and label food ingredient products for distribution
Conduct routine quality checks to ensure product consistency and compliance
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas in line with food safety regulations
Accurately complete production documentation and logs
Assist with loading/unloading materials and products
Report equipment faults or production issues promptly to supervisors




Contribute to continuous improvement and effective production processes

Skills/experience
Previous experience in manufacturing (food, dairy, FMCG or similar) is advantageous but not essential
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
A proactive mindset with the ability to work in a rapid-paced, team-oriented setting
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and repetitive tasks
Good communication and time management skills
Forklift licence is advantageous but not required

Most importantly, you are someone with long-term career goals , a willingness to learn, and the ambition to grow into higher-level or leadership roles within the organisation.
