What You'll Be Doing
Speaking with customers to find solutions for outstanding accounts
Negotiating payment arrangements that work for both customers and clients
Managing inbound and outbound customer calls
Building rapport and maintaining positive customer relationships
Problem-solving and overcoming objections with confidence
Achieving individual and team goals while delivering exceptional customer service
Keeping accurate records and ensuring compliance requirements are met

Collections or recoveries experience
Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or contact centre experience
