Konnecting is seeking an IT Support Officer to join our IT team in Current South Wales. The role focuses on first and second-level helpdesk support, provisioning and configuring new equipment, and contributing to IT projects to support service delivery.
You will provide in office and off-site support, maintain documentation and ensure security across Microsoft 365 and Windows Server settings while meeting safeguarding and workplace health and safety requirements.
